Hello Mobile Enthusiast... Welcome again to our weekly mobile/LBS news roundup. To begin, have you checked to see if there's a dev event or meetup coming to a city near you? A couple of firms, namely, Safe Software and Esri are taking to the road with with their travelling roadshows... perhaps an event is coming to your city! Esri DevMeetUps are a fun, laidback event designed for the developer, end user, or client interested in leveraging Esri's solutions in their business workflows (Note: you don't have to be an Esri user/client to attend these events). You'll meet local GeoGeeks, shmooze with a few Esri EDN staffers, and you'll hear a few decent presentations... oh, beer will be served! Not to be outdone, Safe Software is taking their 2012 FME roadshow on the road and has a number of stops this week, including sessions in Denver, KC, L.A., Ottawa and more. Finally, one more event to speak of, take note that Civic startups are invited to Apply for the Code for America Accelerator.
