Rugged tablet PC provider, MobileDemand, announces 2012 Partner Awards. Buckeye Mountain earns Partner of the Year award as 4 others receive recognition for outstanding performance in providing innovative enterprise mobility systems.

Hiawatha, IA March 19, 2013 MobileDemand, the nation’s leading provider of Rugged Tablet PC systems in the Transportation industry, announces its annual Partner of the Year awards. Buckeye Mountain, CMAC, MobileWorxs, Atlas RFID and SDV Tech all received recognition for their exceptional performance in the 2012 calendar year.

Each partner was responsible for promoting and selling MobileDemand’s complete line of rugged tablet PCs including the xTablet T7000, xTablet T7200, xTablet C1200, xTablet T8700 and the xTablet T1200. MobileDemand xTablet rugged tablet PC systems enable companies to extend enterprise and business applications to mobile workers to access critical information and make better business decisions at the point of interaction. MobileDemand innovative rugged tablet PCs deliver high performance at a lower cost and enable greater efficiency and productivity in the field.

Buckeye Mountain - MobileDemand has selected Buckeye Mountain as the 2012 Partner of the Year. Buckeye Mountain is dedicated to providing the railroad industry everything needed to implement and manage mobile technology solutions; including rugged hardware, customized software and a wireless network infrastructure. MobileDemand and Buckeye Mountain have partnered together to provide Class 1 Railroads, including Norfolk Southern and BNSF, and other Short Lines, reliable, rugged tablet PC solutions for railroad operations.

CMAC Technology Solutions - MobileDemand has selected CMAC Technology Solutions as the 2012 Breakout Partner of the Year. CMAC is a logistics consulting and systems integration firm focused on delivering operational and technical supply chain solutions. CMAC was new to MobileDemand in 2011 when they brought a major LTL Carrier, SAIA Freight, to MobileDemand with a mobile computing need for their cross dock operations. SAIA selected the xTablet T7000 for their forklift Cross Dock application for use at over 50 locations to track inbound and outbound shipments, as well as capture re-weighs and load dimensions directly into the tablet.

MobileWorxs - MobileDemand has selected MobileWorxs as the 2012 International Partner of the Year. With Headquarters in the UK, MobileWorxs provides enterprise mobile solutions applications, implementation and support services for the in-field enterprise worker. MobileWorxs is MobileDemand’s go to partner for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) representing the xTablet family. With key wins in Malta, and throughout Europe, MobileWorxs is deserving of this year’s International Partner of the year.

Atlas RFID Solutions - MobileDemand has selected Atlas RFID Solutions as the 2012 Application Partner of the Year. Atlas RFID Solutions was chosen in recognition of the success of its Jobsite Visibility Extension (Jovix™) materials tracking solution integrated with the MobileDemand xTablet T7200 Rugged Tablet PC. Jovix™ allows customers to locate tagged pre-engineered building materials located throughout acres of “laydown yards” in heavy construction industries, such as Oil/Gas and Power Plants. Atlas RFID Solutions selected the MobileDemand xTablet T7200 as its client platform, because of its ability to integrate the RFID reader and be used in the harshest outdoor environments. Atlas RFID Solutions’ Jovix™ solution offers a true hardware/software integration with the MobileDemand tablets. Coupling the Jovix™ with Atlas RFID Solutions’ support and deployment offerings makes the company deserving of the MobileDemand 2012 Application partner of the year.

SDV Tech – SDV Tech has been selected as MobileDemand’s Public Sector Partner of the Year. SDV Tech is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business and online e-commerce distributor of information technology to the federal government, branches of the military and federal integrator community. The Public Sector/Government requires high-performance ruggedized tablets for their mission-critical applications, and with the success of the xTablet T7000 and xTablet T8700 in these industries, SDV Tech has been awarded the 2012 Public Sector Partner of the Year.

“These five MobileDemand partners have proven that they are dedicated to promoting and selling our line of xTablet rugged tablet PCs and we’re excited to honor them with our Partner of the Year awards,” says Bob Zink, VP of Sales and Marketing.“ 2012 was an excellent year and 2013 is shaping up to be another great year with the help of our outstanding partner community including our 2012 Partner of the Year awards recipients.”
