Welcome again to another Location Technology news roundup and mobile industry recap.
Did you happen to catch the segment on NBC news recently on G+ Virtual Photo Walks? An awesome story and great use of mobile technology - the photo nut in me loves this stuff! Moving forward, last week I had a chance to enjoy the sunshine in
Northern Colorado and while there managed to meetup with a few GeoGeeks
as well... indeed it was great to connect with some old friends. While
there I enjoyed an evening hosted by Esri at a local DevMeetup (See if there's one planned in your region)
and heard a couple of entertaining and informative talks from Dave
Bouwman and Bryan Noyle - Dave enlightened us on javascript while Bryan
discussed the Android ecosystem and shared tips for Geo developers
looking at creating apps for Android, some great stuff as Bryan bails on
