(OTC: HISC) announced today that it has signed a strategic marketing and sales agreement with Gizmogrid, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based company that develops location-based software for on-demand, real-time wireless applications.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems will have the right to sell Gizmogrid's software to North American and European operators such as Vodafone, Orange, Verizon, and Telia Sonera. Homeland Integrated Security Systems estimates the value of this contract to be $6 million over the next three years.

Gizmogrid (gizmogrid.com) develops on-demand, real-time wireless location-based software (LBS) platform and applications that work without the aid of CDs and memory cards. Gizmogrid Just In Time Navigator™ software provides turn-by-turn directions using audio and moving maps on demand whether the users are in their hometown or out of the country. Gizmogrid's software can be used on most handheld devices such as cellular phones and smartphones -- Motorola, Nokia, Palm, Treo, Windows Mobile and RIM Blackberry.
