infoUSA Signs Agreement with InfoSpace to License Directory Assistance Content for Online Yellow Pages and Mobile Devices

OMAHA, Neb.--Dec. 16, 2005--infoUSA (NASDAQ:IUSA), today announced an agreement to license its business database to InfoSpace (NASDAQ:INSP), a leader in mobile entertainment, online directory assistance and private-label search. This information will become available in InfoSpace Yellow Pages and Local Search, providing InfoSpace users access to a comprehensive directory of United States businesses.

InfoSpace's variety of services enable users to quickly and easily find local and national merchants, individuals and maps and directions on the web or through their mobile devices. InfoSpace provides nearly half of the on-portal mobile content sold in North America and brings content and services to every major carrier, reaching 90 percent of U.S. mobile customers.
