Movenda enriches its Mecum remote management platform with a new
RealVNC capability allowing operators to take full control of a mobile
handset from a web interface
8th February 2010, Movenda, a leading remote management platform provider has announced the latest version of its Mecum, remote management system that integrates VNCr Mobile Solution from RealVNC, an innovator of advanced cross-platform remote control solutions. Both companies will be featuring the new solution at next week's Mobile World Congress 2010, in Barcelona (Stands 2B06 & 2J69 in Hall 2)
The new capability allows the Mecum system to show the screen of any mobile handset on the customer care agent's desktop web browser and enables them to interact with and control the device as if it were in their hand, yet it can be in any global location.
"The requirement for this new capability has been driven by demand from our mobile operator customer base," said Marco Rossi, Founder & CEO, Movenda.
