The grants will help agencies create models that demonstrate the integration of mobile and server geographic information system (GIS) architecture to improve government processes. The winners will then provide reusable applications that can be shared among governments with similar projects. Those applications will be posted on ESRIsArcScriptspublic domain Web site in June 2010.
