Cortado Corporate Server 4.0 Professional for BlackBerry smartphones launched to enhance the productivity of mobile SMBs
(Berlin, August 26, 2009) Cortado, the mobile business expert, is today unveiling the Cortado Corporate Server 4.0 Professional - a solution tailored to the needs of small and midsize businesses that further increases the efficiency of BlackBerryr smartphone users.
Cortado Corporate Server 4.0 Professional gives BlackBerry smartphone users mobile access to their corporate network. Using the application, Cortado customers can print files in original format on any network or Bluetoothr-enabled printer, send them as a fax, or as an e-mail attachment. The new solution also allows BlackBerry smartphone users to create PDFs and access updated database reports directly from their handset. The Scan & Copy function turns the BlackBerry smartphone's camera into a scanner: for example, the user can capture notes on a flipchart as an image and then print it on a Bluetoothr-or network printer. They can also be faxed or saved in a project folder.
"In order to be competitive, smaller businesses need to act and react quickly and efficiently," says Thorsten Hesse, Director of Sales. "With Cortado Corporate Server Professional, SMB users have a cost-effective solution that allows them to benefit from all the functions of Cortado's large enterprise offering. This results in significantly shorter processing times and higher flexibility, helping SMBs stay competitive."
Cortado Corporate Server Professional is available for 695 Euro. The price covers 5 users, includes 12 months of support and service updates. It is exclusively made for SMBs and compliments BlackBerryr Professional Software. The number of users can be increased up to 30 for a fee of 97 Euro per additional user, which also includes 12 months of service updates.
A fully functional demo version of the Cortado Corporate Server Professional is available for download at www.cortado.com/ccs-professional.
