FREMONT, Calif. Oct. 27, 2005--  Nabors Industries Ltd. and a Major U.S. Home Improvement Specialty Retailer Sign Agreements Representing the Addition of Up to 3,200 @Road Subscribers on the @Road MRM On-Demand Software Delivery Service

(NASDAQ:ARDI), a global provider of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) and intelligent field service automation solutions, today announced that Nabors Industries Ltd., a major worldwide land drilling and well servicing operations company has selected @Road MRM solutions to help streamline and optimize its land drilling operations and support services in North America. In addition, @Road today also announced that a major home improvement specialty retailer has also selected @Road MRM solutions to help streamline retail distribution of hardware and construction supplies to both residential and commercial customers. In combination, these signed customer agreements represent an @Road MRM solution deployment of up to 3,200 @Road iLM(R) (Internet Location Manager) subscribers of the @Road MRM on-demand software delivery service.

Nabors selected the @Road Transportation and Distribution Suite Field Force Management solution and other @Road solutions to help optimize the management of up to 2,100 mobile workers and vehicles used for servicing a number of land drilling operations in North America. Such drilling operations include, but are not limited to, rig moving, heavy hauling, crane and rigging services, well services, drilling instrumentation systems and other land drilling operations and support services.

The @Road Transportation and Distribution Suite can extend the functionality of the @Road GeoManager(SM) MRM solution through optimized mobile resource allocation and by delivering on-demand visibility into driver productivity and safety. The @Road Transportation and Distribution Suite, through @Road GeoManager data integration capabilities, can help streamline daily activities for drivers and dispatchers by minimizing, and in some cases eliminating, manual tasks and paperwork for more effective management of mobile resources.

According to Sri Valleru, chief information officer for Nabors Industries Ltd., the @Road Field Force Management solution can meet a number of Nabors' needs and requirements. In particular, they were attracted to the @Road on-demand software delivery services model, the ease of use of the @Road Internet-based user interface, and the ability of @Road to send information through Application Program Interfaces (APIs) directly into Nabors' back-office business applications.

Other reasons for Nabors' selection of the @Road Transportation and Distribution Suite include the solution's ability to streamline compliance-based reporting, such as U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) logs, and its ability to help improve driver and customer safety and driver communication. Valleru also added that Nabors welcomes how the @Road solution can electronically format a number of old paper-based driver forms such as timesheets and how it can automate fuel and mileage reports for potential savings on fuel usage and road taxes.

In addition to Nabors, a major U.S. home improvement specialty retailer has selected the @Road Pathway(SM) iLM Field Force Management solution to help streamline and optimize retail distribution involving more than 1,100 drivers and company- and contractor-owned vehicles who deliver hardware and construction supplies to both residential and commercial customers. For competitive and proprietary reasons, the @Road customer has chosen to remain unnamed at this time.
