Inventec and Pharos Partner to Provide Next Generation of Navigation Smartphones

Customers benefit as leading manufacturer and noted GPS navigation
provider team up to deliver innovative smartphones with location-based
services
TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 6 -- Pharos Science & Applications, Inc., a leading provider of location-based information and services, and Inventec Corporation, a leading manufacturer of consumer electronic devices, today announced a global partnership to provide a line of sleek smartphones with advanced navigation features. As a part of the partnership, Pharos has announced four new Windows Mobile handsets for the North American market, the Pharos Traveler 117, Traveler 127, Traveler 137 and Traveler 619.
