Genasys signs an agreement with CellTrack for the provision of a LBS platform in Pakistan

Madrid, Spain,-November 28th 2008.- Genasys has signed an agreement with the firm CellTrack for a LBS project in Pakistan.
CellTrack will launch, from the first quarter of 2009, location based services (LBS) in Pakistan. CellTrack has signed agreements with two operators, Ufone and Zong, to launch LBS in this country and it is currently into negotiations to extend the services to other operators.
Genasys takes part to this project providing the middleware GPP platform (Genasys Positioning Platform) and the LBS applications.
Alberto Nicoletti , Genasys Business Vicepresident has commented: We are very pleased to have reached this agreement with CellTrack. We are convinced this project has all the characteristics to become a great success in Pakistan. We are confident that the business model that CellTrack is going to implement in Pakistan can be replicated successfully in many other countries of the region. We consider this agreement the first step of collaboration with CellTrack which will expand to other markets in Asia and Middle East
