PCTRB, FCC and Carrier Pre-Certification Enable Quick Path to Market
ISSAQUAH, Wash.- Cinterion Wireless Modules (formerly Siemens Wireless Modules), the leading supplier of GSM wireless modules worldwide, announced today that its XT65 and XT75 GSM communication modules are approved and commercially available for the North American Market. The quad-band modules which were designed for economical tracking and tracing solutions have achieved PCTRB, FCC and network certification with the largest North American GSM carrier. The seamless combination of GPS and GSM technologies are made possible through a special integrated design approach of both functionalities, leading to an unrivalled operational coexistence which minimizes interferences while maximizing performance.
