Dave Goughnour Joins Mobile Mapping and Data Collection Leader as the
Companys Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Fort Collins, Colo. July 22, 2008 CartoPac Field Solutions,
powered by Spatial Data Technology, today announced the appointment of
Dave Goughnour as vice president of sales and marketing. CartoPac
Field Solutions (CFS) is a leader in the mobile mapping industry and
offers a number of Trimble-compatible applications that give field
personnel the ability to be more productive and efficient in the
collection of critical field data.
In his new role, Goughnour is responsible for continuing to expand and
elevate the organizations sales and marketing operations, as well as
developing the company's distribution channel. He will also lead his
team in gathering, assessing, and tracking critical industry
information to build partnerships and identify ways to better serve
customers, collaborate and increase market share. Goughnours primary
focus will be on the oil & gas, utility and railroad industries.
Goughnour brings more than 15 years of sales management, marketing and
technical experience with Global Positioning System (GPS) and
Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. Prior to joining CFS,
Goughnour held various management positions developing GPS and GIS
solutions for a variety of customers, distribution channels and
government agencies.

record for creating positive change and delivering significant

Goughnour holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from
Northwest Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in
Geography from Oklahoma State University.
