ESRI announces speakers for EMEA User Conference 2008

9th July 2008, Aylesbury ESRI (UK) today announced the headline
speakers for the ESRI Europe, Middle East and Africa User Conference
2008. Taking place from 28-30 October 2008 at Londons QEII Conference
Centre, over 1,000 delegates from 60 countries will attend the
conference, one of the principal events in the EMEA GIS industry
calendar.
This year, plenary speakers have been selected to show GIS innovation at its best and reflect the conference theme of GIS for everyday life. Demonstrating how indispensable GIS solutions have become in a wide range of industries, the sessions will highlight the impact GIS has on day-to-day life, commented Richard Waite, Managing Director, ESRI (UK).
ESRI Inc.s President, Jack Dangermond, will present ESRIs vision of the future for GIS and share his predictions for the industry. Further speakers will be announced over the next few weeks.

The ESRI EMEA User Conference is a three day conference from 28-30 October 2008. Day one is the Plenary day followed by two days of technical and user presentations. Delegates also have the opportunity to attend pre-conference seminars and are invited to the drinks reception at the opening of the Exhibition on Plenary day. Attendees also receive tickets for the Conference Party at Londons Science Museum.
