Intrado (XieAn) Technology (China) Co. Ltd to Deliver Enhanced Emergency Communications Solutions for the China Market

LONGMONT, Colo.--Sept. 6, 2005--Intrado Inc. (NASDAQ:TRDO), a global provider of integrated data and telecommunications solutions, and PDAger (XieJin) Technology Development Co., Ltd., a provider of mobility services and wireless emergency call solutions, today announced that Intrado (XieAn) Technology (China) Co. Ltd, a joint venture between the two companies, has been granted a business license allowing it to operate in China. Headquartered in Beijing, the company will develop enhanced emergency communications solutions for public safety and disaster management agencies in China.

"We are excited about the formation of XieAn and the opportunity to enter the emergency services market in China," said George Heinrichs, Intrado chief executive officer. "We look forward to working with PDAger to develop solutions that address the needs of this growing market."

Intrado (XieAn) will combine Intrado's emergency services and 9-1-1 call routing and location provisioning expertise with PDAger's enhanced emergency calling services platforms to deliver effective emergency communications solutions for the local environment.

"Intrado and PDAger bring complementary skills and expertise to this endeavor," said Zhu Qiao Zheng, CEO of PDAger. "We are pleased at how quickly we have been able to realize our shared vision of establishing a joint venture that will deliver emergency communications solutions in China."
