London, ON Keigan Systems announces the release of its newest public safety/emergency
management service, CLEER-Impact Plus. CLEER-Impact Plus uses CLEERs powerful modeling and
analytic capabilities to predict hazardous vapor dispersion, and maps the results using Google Maps.
First Responders and Emergency Managers anywhere can use this subscription product to support
informed, timely decisions; all they need is access to a web browser and Internet connection.
Like Keigans free Emergency Impact Simulator, www.cleerimpact.com, CLEER-Impact Plus leverages
Google Maps familiar and powerful mapping capabilities to visualize hazardous vapor dispersion
incidents. The similarities end there. While www.cleerimpact.com is limited to a few pre-set scenarios with
default values, CLEER-Impact Plus gives the user full control over the chemical, weather, and release
parameters to be modeled, allowing tremendous flexibility and utility.
CLEER-Impact Plus breaks the mold in the world of hazardous vapor dispersion modeling products. We
have created a very affordable means for public safety/emergency professionals around the globe to
easily access powerful predictive modeling decision-support. We are extremely pleased and excited
about what it can offer those that need it the most, states Paul Paolatto, President/CEO, Keigan
Systems.
CLEER-Impact Plus results are automatically saved for future access. Modeled results can also be
shared and viewed as KML files by users of Google Maps, Google Earth, and GIS software (e.g. ESRI).
CLEER-Impact Plus is an annual subscription service that does not require specialized hardware or
installation time. Users can run unlimited models within a user-specified Area of Interest. For a free trial
and more information about CLEER-Impact Plus, please visit www.cleerimpact.com/plus.
