NAVTEQ Announces Nokia Regulatory Filing in Europe

CHICAGO, Feb. 19 -- NAVTEQ Corporation
(NYSE:NVT) , a leading global provider of digital map data for vehicle
navigation and location-based solutions, announced that today Nokia
Corporation filed the necessary notification to the European Commission
in regards to its pending acquisition of NAVTEQ.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to receipt of European regulatory approval and the satisfaction of the other closing conditions set forth in the merger agreement.
