PRAGUE, Czech Republic, November 22, 2007
The leader in transportation, ESA from Czech Republic, has selected Track 2 as its
standard solution for Fleet controlling.
The transport company ESA, with headquarters in the city of Kladno, not far removed from
Prague, is the newest user of the Track 2 solution for Fleet controlling, which was developed
by the Prague software developer GCWare, a member of the YMS&GCWare Group.
Track 2 offers this company complete control of all vehicles operating on the roads of
Europe, including a precise monitoring of the position and vehicle parameters, as well as a
number of optimisation tools, such as an electronic planning panel and real-time text
communication between the dispatcher and the drivers.
A finely tuned workflow for the acceptance of orders from clients, and an electronic
distribution of these orders to the drivers that includes a real-time control of progress, are
just some of the reasons why ESA has opted for Track 2 as its Fleet controlling system.
The perfect control of drivers, which leads to a safer and more cost-effective operation of the
vehicles and a nearly 50 % reduction in telecommunications costs, makes this software a
highly profitable investment. Similar benefits are also provided by the functionalities that
permit full control of travelling expenses and private use of vehicles.
ESA is one of the largest logistics companies of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which
means that it makes very high demands on the computerised information system that is
used for the management of the entire fleet. Immediate reactions to the status and
operational possibilities of vehicles are required, which are provided by perfect Fleet
Controlling with the Track 2 solution and its comprehensive management features.
