FindWhere's GPS Tracking Service to Feature Advanced Mapping and Satellite Technology From Microsoft's Virtual Earth

Teydo Holding, Inc., a leader in precision tracking and location services, has announced a global agreement with Microsoft that will enable the company to offer Microsoft's Virtual Earth advanced mapping and satellite imagery on their FindWhere real-time GPS tracking service.

Virtual Earth is a web-based application that combines local search with maps and aerial photography, as well as rooftop geo-coding and bird's-eye view pushpin accuracy. FindWhere is a global service that translates location messaging, mapping, and monitoring into a reliable and easy-to-use online tracking solution.

"We are very pleased that our existing relationship with Teydo is extending to cover FindWhere. FindWhere is an innovative new platform for tracking mobile phones and GPS devices. Virtual Earth's unique combination of imagery, road maps and Bird's-Eye [aerial view] will help FindWhere deliver a rich customer experience to thousands of users," says Alexander Davachi, Virtual Earth Sales Manager.

"Mapping and address matching are critical components to our service," adds Jaap Groot, CEO of FindWhere. "As a result of Microsoft's Virtual Earth mapping capabilities, everyone from security professionals, logistics managers, business executives to parents, seniors, and children -- will find Virtual Earth's mapping interface to be convenient and easy-to-use when utilizing FindWhere's online application platform."

The core benefit to FindWhere users as a result of this partnership is being able to use the latest maps available with detailed satellite imagery, up-to-date addresses and a range of user-friendly viewing styles and techniques.
