REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--July 20, 2005--IQ Biometrix, Inc. (OTCBB:IQBX) and Wherify Wireless, Inc. today announced that resolutions relating to the merger of the two companies were approved by their respective shareholders during special meetings held yesterday.

Merger documents will be filed to effect the merger.
