FRAMINGHAM, Mass.-- July 5, 2005--PanGo Networks (www.pangonetworks.com) today announced that Susan Ledoux has recently joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Ledoux brings 17 years of experience in accounting and operational excellence for public and private international technology companies. "PanGo's leading technology, extensive industry alliances and superior business model are complemented by the leadership and excellence of our proven management team," said President and Chief Executive Officer, Mike McGuinness. "We are pleased to add Susan to this team as her financial acumen, strategic insight and experience in the high tech sector will be key assets as we continue to move forward with an aggressive growth strategy."
Prior to Chantry, Ledoux was CFO & Treasurer of Firepond, Inc., a publicly traded provider of software solutions.
