Drive mobile-related software development and content integration.



• Drive application requirements to implementation



• Actively work as part of a team of software developers in implementing the required solutions as defined in the specifications and plans



• Develop product-level code in various languages, especially S60 C/C++
and Open C to build the foundation of our mobile components



• Strong experience with S60 UI design and implementation



• Quickly get-up-to-speed on the existing code base



• Closely work with the design team on the user interface components
and implement suggested improvements based on user/expert input



• Conduct feasibility studies and give feedback about requirement impacts as key domain expert in unit



• Pro-actively consult with head of engineering in identifying and implementing the best technical solutions



• Select suitable architectures, implementation technologies,
techniques and patterns. Design the implementation and then implement
the requirements



• Keep documentation up-dated for all components in domain



• Deliver software components that always ensure a maximum level of customer and partner satisfaction as part of our overall offering



• Take responsibility for overall product quality in domain



• Continuously escalate any potential issues, road-blocks and risks and
openly discuss any potential issues with the management team to enable
early risk management and resource adjustment



• Help to recruit and retain a set of world-class software developers
with relevant product experience as well as transition existing
developers into the new organization



• Foster a work environment of openness, complete honesty, trust and integrity



• Deliver always on time and on target with exceptional quality at a
very high clock speed. Success will be measured by timely, high-quality
delivery against the product development plan, but more importantly by
